Tollaid has partnered with your local dealer to provide a seamless and transparent tolling solution.

All tolls incurred during your loaner period will be charged to your credit card. A fee may be added to your toll invoice. Talk to your dealer's service department for more details.

Q: Do I need to use my own transponder?

A: No, all loaner vehicles are registered with the local and regional toll authorities. All tolls related to your rental period will be automatically processed. Some agencies may allow the use of personal portable transponders.

Q: When will I get billed for the tolls?

A: You should receive a toll invoice within ten days after you return the loaner vehicle.

Q: Will I pay any fees if I don't use the toll roads?

A: No, Tollaid will not charge any fees in this case.

Q: How can I dispute my toll transactions?

A: Email support@tollaid.com and one of our agents will get back to you. All the tolls are backed up with transaction proof from the tolling authority.

Q: Why am I receiving more than one invoice?

A: Sometimes tolls are posted late by the tolling authority. If this occurs, Tollaid will send you an additional invoice covering the late transactions.
